This job was a job we bid on through a competitive bidding process on Builder’s Exchange.  We won this bid as the lowest bidder in June of 2018.

• Removed a chiller; did all the demo
• Installed a chiller and boiler
• Installed new piping to reconfigure the new system
• Put controls on the new equipment
• Coordinated all new electrical required
• Coordinated manufacturer’s startup and testing to confirm efficient operation in compliance with manufacturer’s guidelines

We coordinated with several manufacturers to have equipment delivered on time to the job site. We began by removing the old chiller, cleaning the site, and then poured a new pad upon which the new equipment would be placed.  Following installation, the equipment was tested by our team, and later by the manufacturer’s to ensure 100% compliance with installation requirements.   This job was overseen by McMahan’s Senior Project Manager, who brought the job to completion within 6 weeks, on budget and prior to the deadline.
